RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager for our Austin community. You will support ongoing maintenance operations and step in as Maintenance Manager when needed.
You will coordinate emergency on-call responses, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, supervise safety, and work with residents, contractors and teams to keep the property in top condition. On-site role with flexible hours, including weekends; EPA certification preferred.
