All Tune Franchising is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician / Mechanic in South Austin, TX. Join a locally owned shop that prioritizes quality, honesty, and customer trust, and work directly with ownership to shape the team, culture, and direction.
We offer $35-$45 per hour, a guaranteed 40 hours per week for the first 6 months, Monday–Friday schedule, health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, uniforms, ASE reimbursement, and a signing bonus.
