Sanitation / maintenance of department fixtures and equipment;
Deep cleans and disinfects processing areas and departments including equipment, fixtures, coolers, floors, and drains;
Maintain proper documentation and certification of chemical handling and sanitation verification functions;
Properly use chemicals and cleaning tools and manage stock in maintenance room;
Apply knowledge of pest control and insect/rodent management and use of traps;
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards by following SOPs;
Assist customers in locating products and perform duties of Total Store Sanitation Rep when needed
