Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations, perform make-readies, and supervise subcontractors under the Community Manager. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance across the property in Austin, TX.
Ideal candidates have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA certification, a basic tool kit, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; on-site work required.
