Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at a luxury condominium community in Downtown Austin. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves hands-on work across common areas and residential units.
You will perform routine repairs, assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, and support move-ins/move-outs while coordinating with vendors.
