Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance of a luxury condominium community in Downtown Austin. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep common areas and residential units safe, functional, and welcoming, with an emphasis on quality and service.
You’ll perform routine repairs, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, HVAC support, move-ins/outs logistics, and vendor coordination.
