Termite Technicians protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms by conducting inspections, prevention, and treatment services to give customers peace of mind.

• Identify customer termite problems and understand termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti‑termite treatments to structures following schedules, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers, discussing procedures and structural modifications that may supplement the treatment.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services performed.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.

• Tolerate environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp or dusty locations.
• Prepare the job site for treatment.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and atop structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Work up to 20 feet on a ladder and in small confined spaces.
• Experience in general labor, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter, or attic work is advantageous.
• Must be able to work on roofs and in high‑access areas.
• Maneuvering must involve sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and use of ladders, scaffolding, ramps, or poles.
• Wear mandatory personal protective equipment, such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator, and work regularly in confined spaces.

• Must be clean‑shaven for safety reasons.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence; company vehicle and gas card provided.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience (terminology control experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Must be flexible with work hours, Monday‑Friday with mandatory Saturdays as needed.
