BG Staffing is hiring a dependable Groundskeeper to support a beautiful apartment community in Austin, TX 78705
. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and welcoming, we'd love to hear from you!
- Maintain community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
- Remove trash and debris throughout the property
- Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
- Power wash walkways and exterior surfaces as needed
- Support maintenance staff with basic tasks
- Help prepare vacant units for new residents
- Ensure the property remains clean and inviting
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
