Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and equipment runs smoothly;
Inspect electrical systems and perform minor repairs and replacements;
Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools;
Service the hotel pool including chemical adjustments and filter cleaning; maintain maintenance logs; refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and perform painting/finishing as needed
