Respond to work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing to code standards;
Make-ready vacant apartment homes by inspecting, creating a punch list, coordinating vendors, and completing maintenance tasks for leasing;
Access and obtain materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed;
Document service requests and maintenance activities for accurate record-keeping;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage
