ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our properties and lead maintenance staff.
You will coordinate service calls, schedule apartment turns, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems; weekend/on-call hours may apply.
This role requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification preferred, and a team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
