Greystar is seeking a District Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance teams, conduct inspections, and support budgeting and vendor relations across properties in the Austin area.
You will mentor staff, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies while coordinating with the Regional Property Manager and RMM.
Preferred candidates have 2–3 years’ experience as a District Regional Maintenance Manager and strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
