Assist building engineers with exterior and interior physical inspection of the buildings and report deficiencies;
Assist building engineers replacing lamps in common areas and tenant spaces, common corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and janitorial, mechanical, and electrical rooms;
Touch up painting as needed in all common areas;
Replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles as needed;
Assist the building engineer with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all access doors into the buildings, ensuring proper use and function
