Student Quarters is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of upkeep and repair tasks at our apartment community. The role supports safety and curb appeal, handling resident requests promptly and courteously.
You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, maintain records, and assist with inventory and preventative maintenance programs. The position is full-time, non-exempt, on-site, with a schedule Monday to Friday and on-call weekend coverage.
