Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Sage at Franklin Park, a 276-unit community in Austin, TX. Initially roving to support other properties in the greater Austin area, you will lead maintenance staff and oversee overall property upkeep.
The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong repair skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. A CPO certification is a plus; travel may be required.
