One Time Jobs Technician: (Specialty Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, and HVAC Duct Cleaning)

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform specialized cleaning services, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors to ensure a clean, safe, and professional appearance.
  • Prepare floors and work areas for cleaning and restoration activities.
  • Operate and maintain floor care and cleaning equipment, including automatic scrubbers, floor machines, vacuums, and other specialized tools.
  • Perform HVAC duct cleaning services and conduct pre- and post-service inspections.
  • Clean and maintain a variety of interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Properly mix, use, and dispose of cleaning solutions and chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Inventory, load, transport, and organize equipment, products, and supplies required for assigned projects.
  • Set up staging areas and equipment; complete project teardown and leave job sites clean and orderly upon completion.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers regarding project progress, needs, and concerns.
  • Report facility maintenance issues and repair needs to management.
  • Provide general cleaning services and coverage for janitorial accounts as assigned.
  • Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and track work-in-progress for assigned projects.
  • Assist with operational training activities and documentation of performance metrics as directed.
  • Maintain a professional attitude, dependable work habits, and positive working relationships with customers and team members.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Stand, walk, drive, sit, bend, climb ladders, and work on scaffolding or lifts for extended periods as required.
  • Push, pull, lift, carry, and operate cleaning equipment and materials safely, including performing overhead work.
  • Work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, airborne particles, heat, odors, tight spaces (crawl spaces under buildings) and elevated noise levels.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators, when necessary.
  • As an emergency service company, occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required. Employees will receive advance notice whenever possible.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

  • Ability to successfully complete a full background check subject to applicable law
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must have valid driver's license

Pay: $18 per hour. Experience preferred, not required.

Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend rotation as needed.

Hours:

7:45 AM – 4:00 PM. Daily and weekly hours may vary based on job assignments.
