GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking an on-site Janitorial Supervisor in Avon Lake, OH. This role will oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff to meet safety standards and customer quality expectations.
The schedule is Friday through Monday, 6am–4pm. You will designate shifts, monitor timekeeping, address performance issues, and ensure payroll accuracy while maintaining high integrity and supporting bilingual (English/Spanish) communications.
