Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability;
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems;
Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and other control devices;
Conduct inspections and tests on machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions proactively;
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other record-keeping tools
