Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

This is a Maintenance Manager role in an automotive manufacturing facility. The role requires a combination of electrical and mechanical maintenance leadership, equipment repair, CMMS-based preventive maintenance, and hands‑on support for production equipment, including pumps, valves, tanks, piping, and steel processing equipment.

Looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager at an automotive manufacturing company plant on the west side of Indianapolis, the company has been growing and expanding.

• Lead maintenance support for manufacturing operations, including new equipment, existing production equipment, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Lead maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment, including motors, panels, controls, high‑voltage equipment also pumps, valves, tanks, piping and plumbing.
• Use CMMS / maintenance management to plan and prioritize preventive maintenance and track / prioritize activity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment - manage technicians and train maintenance personnel.

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, plant maintenance, or production equipment maintenance, including maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong background in electrical maintenance and equipment repair.
• Experience supervising technicians.
• Experience in CMMS, for planning and tracking activities such as repairs and PM (Preventive Maintenance).
• Experience with pump motors, valves, tanks and piping is a plus.
• Any experience in TPM, predictive maintenance, reliability, controls, or automation exposure is helpful but not required.
• Degree is helpful but not required.
