Facilities Specialist

As a Facility Specialist you will assist in overseeing daily operations concerning the facilitates of multiple Ophthalmology and Optometry practices, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will ensure that equipment and facilities are utilized efficiently and kept in top condition.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

Location & Travel:
This position supports both our Cleveland Eye Clinic and Parschauer Eye Center locations. Reliable travel between sites is required; candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

* Liaison to fire, generator and HVAC vendors

* Minor vehicle maintenance

* Painting

* Vacuuming

* Trash disposal

* Landscaping

* Snow removal

* Lamp/bulb changes

* Hang pictures and cabinets

* Furniture assembly

* Move and store furniture and equipment

What you know

Required

* High school diploma or GED

* Valid driver's license and ability to drive a work van

* Familiar with painting

* Able to lift or transport up to 75 pounds

Desired

* Expertise in maintenance practices and procedures

* HVAC and light electrical work experience
