• Complete general maintenance tasks throughout the community
• Repair and replace drywall, paint, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, and flooring
• Perform basic plumbing maintenance for sinks, toilets, and showers
• Move and assemble furniture as needed
• Complete work orders and keep accurate records of repairs
• Provide transportation for residents using the community van
• Offer back-up support for Housekeeping when needed
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and coworkers

• A high school diploma or GED
• One (1) or more years of maintenance experience
  ; healthcare or multi‑unit experience is helpful
• A valid driver’s license in good standing with a strong driving record
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance functions
  , including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Comfort managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Strong customer service skills and comfort working with seniors
• Basic computer skills
