2024 & 2025
- Complete general maintenance tasks throughout the community
- Repair and replace drywall, paint, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, and flooring
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance for sinks, toilets, and showers
- Move and assemble furniture as needed
- Complete work orders and keep accurate records of repairs
- Provide transportation for residents using the community van
- Offer back-up support for Housekeeping when needed
- Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and coworkers
- A high school diploma or GED
- One (1) or more years of maintenance experience
; healthcare or multi‑unit experience is helpful - A valid driver’s license in good standing with a strong driving record
- Working knowledge of basic maintenance functions
, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Comfort managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong customer service skills and comfort working with seniors
- Basic computer skills
