Overview

At Verde Clean, we're dedicated to creating clean, healthy, and sustainable environments. As a Custodian, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm

Pay: $17 per hour

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. Clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials and monitor supplies across the facility.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & Security: Identify hazards and report them to the supervisor; maintain a secure environment for building occupants.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to staff, visitors, and team members.

• Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols; work independently and interact courteously.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs; comfortable using basic tools and equipment.
