Location: Ayer, MA

Salary: $38-$40 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: (1st Shift) Mon - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Should have flexibility to work OT as needed)

• Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on daily operations
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipment
• Respond to equipment line calls and diagnose mechanical malfunctions quickly
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process improvements
• Support high-speed automated manufacturing systems and production operations
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
• Work independently while coordinating with production and operations teams

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with high-speed automation and manufacturing equipment
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience required
• Ability to train and guide maintenance technicians
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
