DC Maintenance Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a DC Maintenance Specialist II to support reliable, safe operations in our high-volume distribution center. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance on conveyors, material-handling systems, and facility equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and complete repairs to reduce downtime. You'll follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures, document work in maintenance systems, and collaborate with operations teams to meet productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on distribution center equipment and conveyor systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct safety inspections and support a safe, clean work environment
• Assist with repairs, part replacements, and equipment adjustments
• Document maintenance activities and follow work orders and schedules
• Collaborate with DC operations and maintenance team to meet performance goals
• Support installation and startup of new equipment and systems
• Follow all company, OSHA, and lockout/tagout procedures
