AEG Management Bakersfield is hiring for a Clean-Up Crew at the Dignity Health Arena, Theater & Convention Center. This part-time role supports event operations by maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after events, including seating areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
Candidates will perform detail cleaning, trash removal, floor scrubbing, and general upkeep. Training will be provided; prior maintenance experience is preferred.
