- Make resident beds with freshlinensper weekly schedule.
- Cleanassignedapartmentsperweeklycleaningschedule, following our cleaning guidelines.
- Cleanofficeareasperweeklycleaningschedule.
- Relateloresidentsinacourteous,empathetic,andcooperativemanner.
- Keep environment safe andclean for residents.
- Wash laundry as directed, keep towels clean for use on cart.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Mustbedetailandteam-work oriented.
- Must attend required in-services/ workshops to further education of skills andcommunityrequirements.
- Mustbe Drugfreeandsubmitto Urinary Analysis Drugscreeninguponhireandroutinely .
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check, Health Screening including TB test.
- Must be eighteen (18) years old.
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing in standard English.
- The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Fields Senior Living.
- Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist and reach.
- Mustbewillingtobeactiveandonfeetduringentireworkshift.
- Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities.
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/hand items.
