RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep common areas clean both inside and outside the property. You will handle custodial duties, grounds work, and light make-ready tasks while collaborating with the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in maintenance, basic trades knowledge, and strong organizational skills; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions is required.
