Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to keep guest rooms and property in optimal condition;
Maintain and update maintenance records and logs (boiler, PM logs, emergency log);
Coordinate with contractors and supervise maintenance staff to complete tasks safely and efficiently;
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and guest service expectations;
Maintain pool, spa, and outdoor facilities and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
