Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property including HVAC, electrical, painting touch ups, etc.;
Maintain preventive maintenance programs for HVAC and other systems;
Direct other engineering associates and manage PM/programs;
Maintain repair records and logbooks (boiler log, PM logs, emergency log);
Interact with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
