Building​/Groundskeeper

The Facilities Buildings & Groundskeeper performs unskilled maintenance of equipment and the physical plant of the hospital complex. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working outside in various temperature elements.

Full time (40 hours), Day Shift, Weekend Work Required

Johns Hopkins Bayview Med Ctr, 4940 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, Maryland

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration.
• Greater than 1 year of general maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn maintenance and snow/ice removal.
• Fundamental/introductory knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques, procedures, and materials.
• Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and practices, including the proper use of safety equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards.

Minimum 18.90/hour - Maximum 18.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
