Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and restoring various types of flooring surfaces to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires expertise in floor care techniques, the use of specialized equipment, and adherence to safety standards.

Certified Floor Technician - Job Type: Full Time
- Perform floor maintenance tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify floor types and apply appropriate cleaning and restoration methods.
- Inspect floors regularly to detect damage or wear and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Certification as a Floor Technician or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience in floor care and maintenance.
- Knowledge of various flooring materials and appropriate care techniques.
- Ability to operate floor care machinery and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Two years experience in hard floor and carpet care.
