Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues in a courteous, efficient, and safe manner;
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms;
Monitor engineering functions when full staff is unavailable (weekends/evenings) and respond to emergencies such as fire alarms and power failures;
Make rounds to ensure systems are operational and maintain logs of readings and parts used;
Handle elevator breakdowns and maintain preventive maintenance and request program records
