Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property including HVAC, electrical, paint touch ups, etc.;
Maintain guest rooms and property and ensure proper condition; perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems;
Maintain repair records and logs (boiler log, PM logs, emergency log) and manage inventory;
Direct other engineering associates and coordinate with contractors; assist as property security as needed;
Respond to maintenance needs promptly and manage lights, grounds, and PM programs
