Maintenance Technician Internship
What You'll Be Doing:
Hands-on maintenance work
- Assist in repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.). Preparing vacant units
- Help with cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks. Keeping properties in top shape
- Maintain grounds, sweep, remove trash, and water plants.️ Preventative maintenance & inspections
- Support the team with upkeep and equipment checks. Special projects
- Assist with painting, curb appeal, and general property improvements. Shop & supply management
- Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked. Safety & security
- Follow safety procedures and help ensure a secure environment.

What We're Looking For:

A willingness to learn
- No prior experience needed, just an eagerness to grow! A positive attitude
- Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are key. Physical capability
- Ability to lift, clean, and perform maintenance tasks. Flexibility
- Availability to work as needed. A valid driver's license (if applicable). Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (or a willingness to learn!).
