Copier Technician - Quality Business Solutions - Baltimore, MD.

Compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

The company is a document management dealership with over 22 years of experience. We are looking for a qualified Copier/Printer Field Service Technician to service and repair equipment at customers’ locations, set up IP addresses, download printer drivers, provide customer training on printing functions, and work with the dispatch team.

Responsibilities:

• Service and repair copier/printer equipment at customer locations.
• Set up IP addresses and download printer drivers.
• Provide customer training on printing functions.
• Coordinate with other technicians and dispatch to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman‑level technical knowledge (technical school + 2+ years of related experience).
• Good customer service and time‑management skills.
• Computer skills: quick email response, basic Excel, ability to troubleshoot applications.
• Five years or more of copier break/fix repair, troubleshooting, and refurbishment (Konica Minolta, Kyocera preferred, but other manufacturers considered).

Preferred hours: Monday‑Friday 8:30‑5:00 pm.
