Jumpstart Your Career with a Hands-On Internship! Maintenance Technician Internship What You’ll Be Doing:- Hands‑on maintenance work – Assist in repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
- Preparing vacant units – Help with cleaning, trash removal, and make‑ready tasks
- Keeping properties in top shape – Maintain grounds, sweep, remove trash, and water plants
- Preventative maintenance & inspections – Support the team with upkeep and equipment checks
- Special projects – Assist with painting, curb appeal, and general property improvements
- Shop & supply management – Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked
- Safety & security – Follow safety procedures and help ensure a secure environment
- A willingness to learn – No prior experience needed, just an eagerness to grow!

- Physical capability – Ability to lift, clean, and perform maintenance tasks.
