Warehouse Utility Worker Shift

Role Overview

ABM Industries is hiring a mid‑level Warehouse Utility Worker Shift A in Havre, De Grace. This full‑time position focuses on supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate floor scrubbers to keep work areas clean.
• Use balers to compact cardboard and recyclable materials.
• Build, repair, and move pallets; repack, label, and organize products for storage or shipment.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and support daily warehouse production needs as assigned.
• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities, including restrooms, floors, windows, and equipment.
• Report barriers, required repairs, and add‑on needs to management.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
