Janitor – Full-Time

Lord Baltimore Uniform is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This role includes the full scope of facility cleaning, daily cleaning, deep cleaning, wet and dry mopping, restroom sanitation, breakroom maintenance, office cleaning, and exterior entryway upkeep. The Janitor also supports vehicle cleanliness by sweeping out driver trucks and managing routine trash removal. When needed, this position will assist in production and special project work.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality cleaning and supporting overall plant operations.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional weekend or on-call work may be required during special projects, deep-cleaning cycles, or seasonal demands. Advance notice will be provided.

This position works within both an industrial plant environment and office setting. Expect exposure to:
Heat and humidity, moderate noise levels, moving machinery, slippery or dusty surfaces (with proper PPE provided). Employee must be able to safely navigate all areas of the plant.

Basic math skills, excellent attendance and reliability, ability to multitask and work independently, ability to stand, climb, bend, and stoop for extended periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ability to work in hot plant environments when required.
