Position OverviewAbout this position: SATCOM Helpdesk Technician – Aberdeen, MD
Wage/SalaryWage/Salary Range: 93k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Exceptional Customer Service
- Basic Government Computer Connectivity troubleshooting
- Have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks
- Have technical documentation skills
- Have communication and interpersonal skills
- Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent - 4 years of IT customer support
This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
