Pratum Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the West Baltimore area responsible for general maintenance and repairs of equipment and property structures. You will ensure heating and plumbing systems perform optimally while managing maintenance requests for a 199-unit community.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ experience in property-management maintenance, possesses essential skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting, as well as outstanding communication skills.
