The Clean Corps Crew Member plays a vital role in enhancing community well‑being by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces. The position involves hands‑on work to remove litter, manage waste, and support environmental beautification efforts within the community. Crew members collaborate with local organizations and residents to foster a culture of cleanliness and environmental responsibility.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to waste handling and public space maintenance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the location specified.

• Previous experience in community service, environmental cleanup, or related fields.
• Familiarity with local environmental regulations and waste management practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with community members and team members.
• Certification in first aid or basic safety training.
• Demonstrated commitment to community improvement and environmental stewardship.

• Collect and properly dispose of litter and debris in designated public areas.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of parks, sidewalks, and other communal spaces.
• Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Report any hazards, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Engage respectfully with community members to promote awareness of cleanliness initiatives.

The starting hourly pay for this role is $15.00. After 90 days of employment, the hourly pay will increase to $17.00.
