Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities and Senior Living communities throughout the United States. Qualifications as Director of Maintenance:

• Must have, as a minimum, four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position.

• Nursing home experience required.

• HVAC certification is strongly preferred.

• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

• Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.

Salary-$80k to $100K annually
