The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.

This role supports guest satisfaction by maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.

Complete preventive maintenance assignments.

Respond to guest room and operational service requests.

Maintain logs and follow safety procedures.

Timely completion of work orders.

Quality workmanship.

Chief Maintenance Engineer

1–3 years maintenance experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and safely.

High school diploma required.

Technical training preferred.
