Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Morgan View at Morgan State University. You will oversee facility maintenance, renovations, and repairs, and respond to after-hours emergencies as part of a rotation.
Under the Maintenance Manager, you will perform inspections, assist with setup and moves, escort contractors, and ensure safety and quality in all daily tasks. This role requires hands-on skills and reliable teamwork.
