Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in various areas of the facility. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage routine cleaning duties and respond to emergencies efficiently.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of multiple areas within the facility.
• Provide emergency cleanup for spills using universal precautions to prevent infection and contamination.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown for special events, including working on scheduled events during weekends.
• Be on-call when short-staffed due to vacation or emergency leave of other housekeeping staff.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Manager, Facilities.
• Demonstrate the core values of accountability, participant focus, quality, independence, and mutual respect.

• Ability to work well with others.
• Must be physically able to lift sixty (60) lbs.
• Basic knowledge of commercial maintenance/housekeeping principles, practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Shows dependability by being punctual.
• Respond to participant's needs in a pleasant, professional manner and timely fashion.

The role involves working in multiple indoor and outdoor environments with a variety of lighting and temperature conditions. Be prepared for exposure to extreme weather. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday from 11am to 7pm, Friday from 10am to 6pm, and on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 2pm to 9/10pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
