Loader/Unloader – Daniels Medical Waste Treatment Facility
Location:
1811 Portal St, Baltimore, MD 21224
- Lifting 55lbs bins and pushing a four‑wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs.
- Weighing incoming sharps and medical waste containers.
- Loading/operating our autoclave machine (a pressure chamber to melt materials).
- Loading the Washsmart system (container washing + sanitization system).
- Providing attention to detail with the paperwork required to process containers.
- Standing for extended periods of time comfortably.
- Working well with a team.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in a warehouse labor‑intensive job (repetitive lifting of 50lbs to 75lb containers).
- Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening.
- Willingness to take a 7 year background check.
- Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
- Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE.
- Proven longevity with employers.
- Can‑do attitude.

- Consistent work hours:
Monday to Friday 1st Shift (8AM‑5PM). - Benefits: full‑time roles are provided with benefits, sick leave, and vacation leave from day one.
- Direct hire – full‑time 40 hours per week.
- Competitive salary – a set rate (non‑negotiable) of $19.00 per hour.
