Loader/Unloader – Daniels Medical Waste Treatment Facility

1811 Portal St, Baltimore, MD 21224

• Lifting 55lbs bins and pushing a four‑wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs.
• Weighing incoming sharps and medical waste containers.
• Loading/operating our autoclave machine (a pressure chamber to melt materials).
• Loading the Washsmart system (container washing + sanitization system).
• Providing attention to detail with the paperwork required to process containers.
• Standing for extended periods of time comfortably.
• Working well with a team.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a warehouse labor‑intensive job (repetitive lifting of 50lbs to 75lb containers).
• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening.
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE.
• Proven longevity with employers.
• Can‑do attitude.

  Monday to Friday 1st Shift (8AM‑5PM).
• Benefits: full‑time roles are provided with benefits, sick leave, and vacation leave from day one.
• Direct hire – full‑time 40 hours per week.
• Competitive salary – a set rate (non‑negotiable) of $19.00 per hour.
