Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks to keep the property in good condition;
Carry out preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and other building systems;
Maintain records such as boiler log, PM logs, emergency log and maintenance records;
Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and coordinate with contractors/vendors;
Direct other engineering staff and assist as needed; respond to guest and staff maintenance requests
