Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and performing repairs;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests to be tracked;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, painting curbs and signage
