Job Title: Buildings & Grounds Maintenance
Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Category: Manufacturing & Operations
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and minor repairs across the facility, including buildings, grounds, offices, and restrooms.
Key Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing).
- Replace bulbs, ceiling tiles; check appliance safety.
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Gather trash and maintain waste areas.
- Floor care: strip, seal, finish, and polish.
- Paint, repair, and report maintenance needs.
- Assist in leading Sanitation Porters.
- Fill in across departments as needed.
