Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities around Greater Baltimore. This role requires hands‑on experience in minor electrical, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and identifies issues before breakdowns occur.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within facilities and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Operate hand and power tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certificate is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for work order management and email communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Full-time; typical schedule is [Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM], with occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.
• Work performed both indoors and outdoors, in varying environmental conditions and warehouse settings.
